Hotel Information
Guests can use the links below to make hotel reservations at Staybridge Suites Reno or Hilton Garden Inn Reno for the 2025 Winterfest Championship.
Dates default to arriving Friday, December 12, 2025, and departing Sunday, December 14, 2025, and can be changed by clicking ‘Edit Stay’ (Hilton) or ‘Change Search’ (Staybridge)
Reservations must be made prior to Monday, November 24, 2025, to receive group rates
Guests may also call Hilton reservations @ 855.437.4340 and use group code SPA or Staybridge Suites @ 833.221.9046 with code SPA to make a reservation
A credit card is required at time of booking to guarantee reservation although it will not be charged
Rate is flexible and can be cancelled or changed up to two days prior to arrival with no fee
Reservations must be cancelled at least two days prior to arrival to avoid a cancellation fee equal to one night’s room and tax.
Staybridge Suites Reno features complimentary Wi-Fi throughout, a fitness center, an outdoor patio with fire pit and BBQ grills, indoor swimming pool, guest laundry with no charge washers and dryers, business center, and complimentary full breakfast buffet daily.
All suites are nicely equipped with a pull out twin sofa, sitting area and a full kitchen with all cookware, plates and utensils. There are numerous restaurants and shopping within one mile of the hotel. $114.00 plus taxes/fees
Hilton Garden Inn Reno features complimentary Wi-Fi throughout, a fitness center, an outdoor patio with fire pit, indoor swimming pool, business center and coin operated guest laundry.
All rooms and suites feature a microwave, mini-fridge, Keurig coffee maker and comfortable work spaces. There are numerous restaurants and shopping within walking distance and a nice walking path around a lake behind the hotel. $109.00 plus taxes/fees.
